How do you react to change? Or how do you respond to change?
This is not just word play.
Reacting to change is a knee-jerk defense where your favorite alibi kicks in, and taking the wrong action or an inappropriate action. More about these alibis below.
Responding to change, on the other hand, means understanding that change is happening, assessing the change, and then thinking about it before acting to make the best of the change.
The world as we knew it no longer exists.
The political landscape is changing daily and we cannot always keep track. The more politicians mess up and take their own direction, the more we are required to take responsibility for our own lives.
It is easy to feel out of control and directionless. Our bodies react to the insecurity with all sorts of dis-eases related to fear and anxiety. At the same time medical resources are limited.
We all know that "things are happening" and we need to keep going. But how? Where do we find any security?
Elsabe will give some direction that will help you cope day to day, and carve out a future for you in this new world.

Over the past several years I have been challenged socially and financially. I have very limited resources and my mind seems focused on fears rather than on the future.
I am also worried that past mistakes and nasty people whom I have left behind will come back to haunt me.
How can I change my mind-set so that I can focus on the future?
This will be a short blog but it may turn out to be quite useful when you have to make a decision on the spot.
I am sure you have found yourself in a situation where you wanted to do something or make a business decision and you thought you had it right, but then you started doubting and your clear thoughts turned into scrambled eggs.
