Our refund and returns policy for digital products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For hard copies and paperbacks of products, refer to the site where you purchased the hard copy or paperback, e.g. Amazon.
To be eligible for a return on a digital product purchased from www.ElsabeSmit.com, you must provide proof that the digital product malfunctioned and also proof that you were not able to get a replacement from the site owner within 30 days of purchase.
To complete your request for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No refund will be given on any spiritual service, including readings of any kind and/or healing.
Once your request for a refund is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund request is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the number of days as specified by the relevant financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace digital items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TheElsabeEffect@gmail.com.
