Samyag Jnyana is Sanskrit for "right knowledge" or wisdom.

Samyag Jnyana is celebrated on the seventh day of Navapad Oli.  The Jain scriptures indicate that without

wisdom we cannot distinguish between right and wrong.  Samyag Jnyana has fifty-one attributes and is represented by the colour white.

On this day followers eat boiled rice only, and pray, worship and meditate for Samyag Jnyana.
