Rosh Hashanah

Rosh Hashanah is the first and second days of the first Jewish month of Tishrei.

Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday is the beginning of the Christian season of Lent, and it is six-and-a-half weeks (or 40 days, excluding Sundays) before Easter.
